You can place your order by contacting us via WhatsApp or through our website. Our team will assist you with design selection, availability, and delivery arrangements.
3. How do I select the self-collect option?
You may select the self-collect option during the ordering process or inform us directly via WhatsApp when placing your order. Collection details and time will be confirmed once your order is ready.
4. How do I know if my order has been made?
You should receive an automatic email confirmation from us once your payment has been processed and a confirmation from either “Payment Gateway” to confirm a successful transaction. If you do not receive any type of confirmation via email and are concerned if we have received your order please call us at +60 16 721 2859 or email us at admin@memutikfloriststyle.com and we will confirm if we have received your order.
5. Can I collect my order?
Yes,you are welcome to collect your order. However you must contact us first to collect your order.

6. Can I request a custom flower design?
Yes, custom orders are welcome. You may share your preferred colour, style, budget, or reference photos, and we will create a design based on availability and our signature style.
7. How early should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order at least 1 day in advance to ensure availability and smooth preparation. Same-day orders are subject to availability.
8. Can I include a message card with my order?
Yes, a complimentary message card is provided. You may write your greeting message in the “Note” section during checkout, and it will be included with your order.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online bank transfer and other available payment methods as informed during order confirmation.
