Refund and Returns Policy

At Memutik Florist Style, we want our customers to be happy with every purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Fresh Flowers & Perishable Items

Due to the perishable nature of flowers and floral arrangements, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.

If your flowers arrive in poor condition (damaged or wilted), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product, and we will review the case for a replacement or partial refund.
2. Non-Perishable Items (Gifts, Accessories, Hampers)

Non-perishable products may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.
3. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund.

Once preparation or delivery is in progress, cancellations are not allowed.
4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact your bank or credit card provider before reaching out to us.
5. Incorrect or Missing Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete, please notify us within 24 hours. We will arrange for the correct product to be delivered or issue a refund if the item is unavailable.
