Refund and Returns Policy

At Memutik Florist Style, we want our customers to be happy with every purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Fresh Flowers & Perishable Items

  • Due to the perishable nature of flowers and floral arrangements, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.

  • If your flowers arrive in poor condition (damaged or wilted), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product, and we will review the case for a replacement or partial refund.


2. Non-Perishable Items (Gifts, Accessories, Hampers)

  • Non-perishable products may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.


3. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund.

  • Once preparation or delivery is in progress, cancellations are not allowed.


4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact your bank or credit card provider before reaching out to us.


5. Incorrect or Missing Orders

  • If you receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete, please notify us within 24 hours. We will arrange for the correct product to be delivered or issue a refund if the item is unavailable.
